Great Food, Lodging & Spirits
plus breathtaking mountain vistas!

The aroma and sounds of a crackling fire greet Mount Charleston Lodge patrons, at the top of the mountain in Las Vegas, Nevada. At 7,717 feet elevation, temperatures generally average 30 degrees cooler in the Humboldt Toiyabe National Forest's Kyle Canyon than in the Las Vegas valley. Surrounded by Juniper, Mountain Mahogany, Aspen, and Ponderosa pine trees, nature is all around you. Hummingbirds, woodpeckers and chipmunks are everywhere. Even the occasional deer sighting is commonplace at the Mount Charleston Lodge.

Mount Charleston Lodge is the only commercial lodging and dining establishment at the top of the mountain in Las Vegas. Patrons may enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner, and the lounge closes at midnight. Beautiful vistas of Mummy Mountain from outdoor patio decks and beginner to expert hiking trails (hike Cathedral Rock ) are always included at no extra charge. We're a brief 35-minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip, and although there is coinless video gambling at the bar that's the only Vegas memento.

We are especially pleased to offer our romantic individual log cabins each with two person whirlpool, fireplace, king size beds, living room and private deck, perfect for honeymoons or just a quiet break from the Las Vegas Strip.

Experience seasonal changes including spring blooms and babbling creeks, reprieve from torrid summer desert temperatures, fall foliage including the glittering gold and fiery reds of Aspens, and plenty of snowfall in the winter.
