Inspired by the culinary creations of four generations of his ancestors, Chef Tozzi was destined to have a passion for food. In the small town of Lyndhurst, New Jersey, he took his first professional position in the kitchen at age 11. Chef Tozzi's intuitive personality and love of cooking helped him excel above his peers, and rise swiftly through the ranks.

A 34 year veteran, and Culinary Institute of America Graduate, Chef Tozzi strives to challenge himself daily through his creative infusions of multi-national cuisine. His extensive experience in all facets of management and cooking gives him the diversity to set himself apart from his peers. Having owned his own restaurant, Chef Tozzi relates well to the needs and desires of customers resulting in unique dining experiences. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance and his top priority.
