Event Cabin


Las Vegas’ first Event Cabin located at 7800 ft elevation.

Whether you are planning a business meeting, family re-union, wedding reception or retreat, we are sure you will enjoy your time with us in the pines.

This cabin has approximately 750 sq ft of working floor space with a private rear balcony offering a spectacular view of Kyle Canyon. Please review the interior photos – we suggest a maximum capacity of 25-28 guests. You are welcome to personally view the Event Cabin prior to booking.

The Event Cabin is equipped with lounge seating, presenter’s table, dining set with 8 chairs,TV 32”/DVD wall mount w/integrated  DVD (No TV or Cable reception) full size refrigerator, microwave and extra banquet chairs. In addition, we can provide up to 3 extra tables, each 6’ in length. Also available is our premium Audio Visual rental equipment. Just let us know which items your event will require and we will have everything ready.

$235.00 plus tax for Monday-Friday events.
$295.00 plus tax for Saturday, Sunday or Holiday events.

Audio Visual Equipment rental fees are:

LCD Projector 4200 lumens with 120” screen & integrated mono audio (cable included for VGA & 3.5 mm audio connection) – $275.00

Power Amplifier w/Full Range Stereo  Audio – $50.00

DVD/CD Player integrated for use with Projector & 120” and/or the Stereo Audio System – $35.00

Wireless Keyboard with Mouse, USB – $35.00

Wireless Presenter with Laser Pointer , USB (red) – $20.00

Laser Pointer (green) – $25.00

Presenter Easel w/pad – $25.00
